Shipping Costs

We are delighted to offer shipping for all orders within the Ukraine except temporarily annexed territories. 

Delivery Times Cut-off Time: Orders placed before 7:00 PM (GMT+01:00) Central European Standard Time (Amsterdam) will be processed the following business day. Order Processing Time: 1—2 days. We process and ship orders from Monday to Friday. Delivery Duration: After processing, you can expect your order within 5—7 business days. Deliveries take place from Monday to Friday.

We offer "Nova Poshta" delivery. Our shipping method is optimized for efficiency and reliability to get your order as quickly as possible.

Return Policy

We aim for customer satisfaction. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 14 days of receipt. Please contact us via info@fluffy.com.ua for a return label. The cost of return shipping is on us.
